        Great prices, most of Auto parts are always available. Great customer service.

        Went to buy brakes for my car and gave me wrong brake pads and rotors. After car was on lift needed to take taxi back and manager was very arrogant, didnt apologize or want to credit me in any way. New owners and managers not running business well. Wont go back. Shop elsewhere

        Miele Auto parts were the best. Amazing how Parts Authority purchased the business and screwed it up. No customer service high prices and you have to wait fir the part. Advance Autoparts is a little better. I am buying Mercedes ML series rear calipers for $65 dollars at the mercedes dealer. Parts authority wanted $99 dollars and that wholesale.Dont waste your time.
