Called this place to have car towed at 815pm and was told my eta would be 1045p. I was sitting in my car the entire time waiting until 10:48pm I decided to call them and ask them when will they be arriving. They said another hour so I continued to wait since I’ve waiting over 2 hours already. After calling them multiple times they continued to say they’re on they’re way. Waiting till midnight I decided to call one last time. This time the guy over the phone said they’re not coming. This place is terrible and are liars.

The young lady that dispatches at night is very sweet and professional.Everyone else i dealt with is very rude including the manager who works nights.

Awful experience, booked a Lincoln because I am disabled and need the large doors in the back, I told them this and was assured the Lincoln would arrive for me. This was for a round trip from Westchester to an event in Manhattan at MSG. They took my AMEX card number at time of booking.Car came 10 minutes late and was a beat up Honda Civic that looked ready for the scrap heap, registered as a taxi. Different company name on the car too. Driver demanded cash and then refused to provide a receipt, calling AMEX later to make sure they don't bill my credit card also. To top it off they left me stranded in Manhattan at the end of the night. Very disreputable company.

Scammers, do not give them cc info, bait and switch at its finest, owner doesn't care if bbb shuts him down, he has drivers, he'll just print up new coupons under a different name and do it again
