Sunshine Pools

My husband and I have used Ed and his company to install new heaters, liners and were very satisfied. However, last August we had to purchase a new Heater, which I paid over $3600. Upon installation, we noticed that the new heater was crooked, it leaked from the bottom and the Electrical Panel was not displaying. We spoke with Ed and he advised us to close the pool and he would service in the Spring. So, in April of this year we contacted Ed and he indicated he would put us on this calendar and come and fix. Unfortunately, as of today and after "many" phone calls(of which he blocked our number) and emails Ed, who is ignoring our phone calls and text messages as well as "refusing" a Registered Letter our pool has yet to be serviced. To say we are disappointed, would be an understatement, hence why I am writing this review. We were good customers of Ed, we always paid our bills the same day of service, so I am very confused as to why he is not answering or servicing our heater. We are very frustrated at this time and I would not recommend him for any future service calls. His lack of professionalism is beyond concerning. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Sunshine pools for a few years now to open and close my pool. I also ordered a new pool cover from them. One year when we opened the pool the water was down very far due to a leak. They found it in no time. It is patched and has been fine ever since. Additionally, a few years ago I replaced the concrete around my pool and there was a leak near the skimmer. My husband replaced the skimmer but it was still leaking. I was desperate for someone to come out and look at it and with it being the end of the season pool companies were very busy closing pools. Sunshine pools came out the next day on a Saturday and helped us and for that I will always be grateful! Services: Summerisation, General repairs & maintenance, Winterisation

Very good to their customers. Recently bought a house with a pool. They serviced to former owner, and did not hesitate to continue. Made a call and pool was closed within 24 hrs.
