        So far, I’ve completed one weekend retreat and 1 day of an intensive retreat. I wish I had participated in the rest of the intensive retreat. I am now in my 2nd weekend retreat. This is for Sage Academy of Sound Healing Certification program. I am commuting from Saugerties to Menla and wish that I had planned to stay. The days are long and the drive home is an hour on unfamiliar roads when I would be all relaxed from a sound bath. I find I am skipping dinner and the sound baths to make the drive in daylight. Menla has a beautiful location. They are putting much work into it. The garden is beautiful and its produce delicious. I have my own dietary needs and prefer my own vegan cooking.
