I called DPL at 11:45am as my water heater needed to be fixed. Lisa picked up the phone, was very friendly and pre-diagnosed the potential issue. She indicated that Doug was in the area and could be there in around 15 mins. Once arrived at 12pm, Doug fixed the water heater within 30mins, exchanged the elements and gave suggestions how to use and maintain it given we have a vacation home and are not here all the time. Very professional and strongly recommendable.

Doug responded immediately to install a new water pressure tank. He did a fantastic job. The tank was corroded and could have done a lot of damage. He was here within a week with the brand new tank and installed it. He is dependable, honest and is fairly priced.

Douglas showed up within 30 minutes of my call, and fixed our leak, but also provided a walk through of outdated equipment for water filtration system and gave quote estimate on the spot. Will be calling him for all plumbing work.
