        This is by far the most relaxing place I have ever been. I have traveled in big name chain hotels and this place is the best. The hotel is so quaint and warm and cozy. I feel like I'm in a families chalet rather than a large hotel. Sit in the hot tub, relax by the fire and roast marshmallows. There is something for everyone.

        I booked 2 rooms for 3 days. I called 2 weeks prior to the reservation to cancel and spoke to Rick. I nevertheless was changed $507.00. When I called 3 times after I was charged I was told someone would call me back. They did not. No one had the curtesy to respond. This is no way to do business.
