I LOVE A&W. It is a yearly event for us to go to the ones in Lake George NY and Wilmington NY (near Lake Placid). Good food, wonderful cold root beer, great family nostalgic atmosphere

Looking for a throwback place to blow it out of the water? Well look no further. From the curbside service, to the fancy floats, and the awesome burgers and dogs, this place hits that spot. When we went, the parking lot was pretty full and we pulled out against the back lot, the server still ran over and made sure we were quickly taken care of. The service was beyond any drive-up service we have had before and the gentleman was tipped accordingly. This will be a must-stop on any trip up the mountain from here on.

"Family" restaurant is right. Eating here is a throwback to another time. I saw Bruce Sprintsteen here once and I almost asked him if he was there because he had a hungry belly or a hungry heart?!

Great place to satisfy the hungry. Food was delicious, menu was varied enough to satisfy most tastes. Staff was fast, friendly and efficient. Price was just right $$ for all menu items.
