The Voelkl law firm has assisted our family for over a decade regarding a variety of legal matters. I'm a first time home buyer. My realtor took advantage of my weakness, so I was so easily convinced to waive the home inspection, sign a contract, and pay the earnest money. She has also successfully convinced my attorney to stand with her over my interest. Since I realized the mistake of blindly trusting a manipulative realtor, I consulted Jeff. He listened to me very carefully and provided me a lot of his opinions and insights in house purchasing. It's a pleasure to meet a great attorney during the hassles of home buying.
