This sounds strange that I am defending my ex, but I feel it needs to be said what a terrible lawyer he was. He was my ex's lawyer and I would not recommend him what so ever. He never returned my ex's repeated phone calls, emails, and his trips to the office. He even refused to answer any emails or calls/voice messages from my lawyer. If you are looking for a lawyer, don't bother with him. You know you have a bad lawyer when the judge makes their ruling because of his ineptness. Ps-I have text messages from my ex complaining he couldn't get a hold of him, emails from my lawyer pleading with him to do something, and even had my ex sign a form not to sue him! Something must be true if the owner is so upset.

I retained Pieter for a family court matter almost four years ago. He was very responsive and definitely fought for what was best for me and my children in a very trying time. His response to my emails is almost immediate as he is in court a lot and it's almost impossible to answer phone calls in court houses. Very grateful for your services. As I recently ran into a couple more problems Pieter jumped right back in after grabbing our old notes, gave me the answers I was looking for and made me feel more at ease about going through this whole process again. Due to his lack of care and responsibilities as a lawyer has made me feel like i have no hope and caused me to now want to Cary on any more. I had to call the crisis hotline also visit the va hospital for help. I have not seen my daughter for 6 months and he has not helped! He only said to me that its against the law and has done nothing about it. He is scared to talk to you if you have a home security system that record in the home, due to me having toddlers. And the only reason why someone would not want to be recorded is due miscommunications. We need to hold these people accountable for harming peoples lives out of greed!
