Brain and Spine Surgeons of New York

I had a consultation appointment scheduled today. I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes ahead of my appointment, as I am a new patient and may need to complete forms. When I arrived, the waiting room was completely empty. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and (3) patients who came after me were called in. After 55 minutes waiting, I canceled my appointment and left.

Dr Tobias is one of the best Dr's that my family has had a pleasure to deal with he helped my youngest brother get through a TBI he suffered and was very diligent and very responsible showed he really cared about his patients and went beyond everyone's expectations Im thankful for Dr. Tobias and his team I will always be thankful for Dr. Tobias.

Wasted months of my life, leaving me in pain. I could barely walk, I was in horrific pain and the doctor said he didn't see a reason for surgery. I finally found another doctor who looked at my MRI, and x-rays and saw what the problem was and performed surgery. Today I'm walking again and living life thanks to another surgeon.

3/10/2023 I was a patient of Dr. Adeepa Singh who is an absolutely amazing physician - I was notified today by the office manager that she has left Spine Surgeons practice which is now Brain and Spine Surgeons of New York in White Plains, NY. There were no physicians in the office to speak to and the office manager couldnt not tell me whether or not my paper work was processed since January 24, 2023. They even hired a 3rd party company outside of their practice to complete their backed up authorizations. No one called me from their office to notify me she had left, not even a letter by mail. This is extremely unacceptable!! Patient care at its worst by this office. I would never go back!!!! They lost an amazing physician!
