The most trusted construction supply distributor in the tri-state area! Luis's customer service and knowledge of all the products was absolutely exceptional. They have everything in stock, they definitely come up and ask for Luis.

Best of the best!!! Ever since I made my switch over from my other distributor, I cannot express how happy I am. Quality and service is unmatched. I have dealt with ABC building supply which was an absolute nightmare. ABC told me to wait 6 weeks for a skylight, mean while new castle had in the warehouse ready to ship. Especially in the roofing business one must be quick to deliver the service. Because of new castle my business has grown and my clients are amazed at how fast we provide material and service. Coming to new castle, the staff and manager treat you like family. My many thanks goes to jack, Luis and TY. New castle is very fortunate to have these guys.

Very bad experience here.
Guys at loading deck wake you wait a freaking eternity. For some reason they always get my order wrong. Their prices way too expensive. Don't go to this place if you are in a hurry.
