I have no idea how this company got these reviews, but they were extremely rude and irresponsible. I was trying to order online, but even before refueling, they immediately attempted to charge 2000 dollar on my credit card, then when I was trying to talk to someone over the phone, he told me to call him back next day, but he never picked up and no call back. Worst experience.

I shopped around for oil prices and timed my delivery for sales tax savings starting DEC 1 until Feb 29 th. I called and the price was $ 3.66 it was $4.50 a week ago.I had to fill out a out the application to be approved ? it is PREPAID only.And 2 days later I received it back but now the oil was 3.89 ok I guess it changes daily. So I pre paid $1,559.00 this includes the 3.5% fee you are charged to use your CC card another surprise  and the delivery was set for 12-12-22. On 12-12-22 it was now show. I called Ronoldo at Supreme Oil the next day 12-13-22 and he said delivery in one hour. My wife called me and said the oil truck is here I went out side .The meter on the truck was stopped  the last number on the meter I quickly looked at was was 224 . The driver wanted to check the tanks as not too overfill them so we went down stairs. At the time the tank displayed 1/4 - 3/8 full about 200 +- gallons, a few moments later I went out side and the driver was gone ? he left the ticket in the door 399.5 gallons the order was for 400. Later I received another CC charge for another 5 dollars ? So I checked the gauge again ? And it was still showing 1/4-3/8 full I have multiple tanks connectedand some times if the oil is very cold it takes a few hours for the tanks to equalize so I did not panic.The next morning the gauges remained at 1/4-3/8 full ? So I called and emailed Supreme that morning advising them I think im short.I then printed out the tank fill chart for my tanks and simply measured the amount of oil with a tank stick ( a broom handle will work ) in inches it was wet to 18" or 29%  or 188 gallons combined ? Now keep in mind there was still oil in the tanks before the delivery order so it should be more than 400 gallons if the full amount was delivered ?So now im dealing with Manny he wants pictures of my tanks and boilers. I told him he needs to send a tec with his own stick and check the oil amount the tanks . ( I am home alone heating only the kitchen and masted bedroom the family are away visiting relatives so my consumption should be much lower than previous years as all thermostats are in ( vacation mode. )I will update this review when and if Manny or Ronaldo arrive.TIP Measure your oil BEFORE delivery and again AFTER it is filled.WHILE  the driver is still there, And know how to read your gauge.And download a tank chart very simple math does not lie.You can use a broom handle $ 3.99 or a pice of clean wood 1x1 2x2 x 6 foot dip it in and check where the oil is with a tape measure and compare it to the chart Post a chart by your tank. You will never get taken again  and the best $3.99  you ever spent on a broom stick.I is troubling to me how many old people are possible getting hurt not only with the price of heating oil and with these Shenanigans !Merry Christmass !

I had a heating emergency-out of oil and I called Supreme and was able to quickly set up an account and have a delivery within hours. The same day I had to call back b/c my furnace motor was not working properly and once again they were able to send a technician within hours who was clean, courteous and quickly got my heat back on! I highly recommend.

So happy I found Supreme Oil, the automation system they have is top notch! With juggling my busy life, I have no time to call and order fuel or call if I have questions on my account, instead I simply log into my account and everything from ordering fuel to checking my delivery history is online! Seriously amazing, this new platform is genius! I love that with a click of a button I can do just about anything with my account! My previous fuel provider did not have this in place, so I am happy that I found Supreme Oil!
