Sadly, I have to give a 1 star rating, because no star rating is not an option. The owner (Sterling) is very unprofessional, ill tempered and grossly rude - whether you're in person or via telephone. His ego is bigger than his job list and services offered are unsatifiying.

Express sent me an employee That employee ended up charging 13k on the company credit card for personal expenses. I spoke with the owner of the staffing agency, Sterling. First he denied it was his branch that sent the employee. I believed him at first, until I scrolled through our text conversation and realized it was his branch that indeed sent that employee. I screen shot our text convo and proved that it was him who sent me that employee. He than said, “ Please stop with the redicoulois email response. It's not very professional. If the temps are not satisfactory you do not have to use the services. Thank you!” Rather than apologizing he just brushes the situation off. He than threaten’s you with increasing the bill by 3% if not paid by a certain time and than says he will send it to collections. I would not use this staffing agency. There are more stories I have with other employees he has sent me but to keep this post short, I’ll save those for another post. Save yourself the headaches. Learn from my loss.
