White Plains Chrysler Jeep was phenomenal when getting my new vehicle. I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee and am a three-time returning customer. The manager, Nosh, is great. He made the entire car buying process so smooth. Joaquin, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and really worked with us when purchasing the car. Very pleasant demeanor and really took his time to answer all our questions. If in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and pop in the White Plains dealership.

I bought a Ram 1500 three months ago and it’s been having issues since day one and they are the worst. Always denying something is wrong until I diagnose the truck myself and they still charge me for it. The axel was broken, the outside window trim was broken and they ordered the wrong part for the wrong window. The alpine surround system base speaker in the right side passenger speaker sounds horrible but the tech claimed there was nothing wrong until I show him myself in another car how it’s supposed to sound. As always I have to diagnose myself and then they charge me for it . He “checked” the speaker by sticking his hand inside the car and said the speaker is “fine” and if I want him to check again it’ll be an additional $500 to the $179 that he charged for sticking his hand inside the car. Incompetent techs. Horrible service!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars
