I will never visit this bank again for as long as I live. This is the second time I came to deposit a business check and tried to get some funds back and they would not even consider it or listen to my concerns. It happened previously and I figured they were following procedures, they convinced to deposit the check and said it would clear the following day. Well it didn't , took 5 days. Just recently, I came to deposit a check and requested some cash back that I needed urgently. The teller and manager looked at me like I was from Mars, then gave me all the reasons why they could not help me and again tried to convince me that it should be deposited and to wait for the check to be cleared. I quietly took my check and went to another bank of America , where I thought they would not look at the color of my skin and understand why I needed some of the cash. With no questions asked, the teller just requested that I insert my bank card for identification, check was deposited, I received the cash I requested and transaction was over in 4 mins. It appears that only a certain kind of people are accommodated in 500 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY 10605 US. Also, they are very slow.
