6k and 12k service such a disappointment. They will only put the oil in and change the filter. Rest is only on the paper and they will charge you for tire rotation and whatever they have suggested. I went there in good faith since they said they will fix the mistakes and mistrust they have caused. Oh boy I was wrong. I AM just getting back from the service to find out on my dash cam video that NO tire Rotation was performed! This One is for you Tariq! I asked you in person to make sure they rotate the tire. I have videos and pictures and they will be going to DMV with V-S35 form. Thank you for this disappointment again! I will make sure to report this in my building of 400 tenants who service their cars at your location. There is no way you will be seeing my CAR again. Before even contacting me just review your video camera for service starting at 9:15 am today till 9:45 am and let the Shame sink in. I feel bad for elderly I saw waiting for their cars. What a Disgrace!

took almost 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation (and I had a scheduled appointment). the bill was $157! And when I asked for the "included" car wash, I was told it would take 30mins.. Will not return!
