        Bought a wrap in this shop. Asked for arugula on the sandwich. It came with no arugula and the wrap was so stale. I had to take it home and remake it on a piece of bread. They should be ashamed of themselves . Yeah, kids making the sandwiches should be much better trained!

        It is recommended that you call your order in before your arrival. All sandwiches and wraps are prepared by hand & to order. The food here is absolutely delicious and by far the best place to eat in WHB. Sydneys cookies are to die for, the hazelnut is my recommendation along with the Alex wrap. Despite what some of these reviews say about the owner, this place should be first on your list. To avoid the frustration and behaviors, do to its customers, just call ahead!
