The sales rep never asked about the skylight type. He only asked if my skylight could be opened, and I stated my skylight could be opened. I later found out my electric skylight had been replaced by a manual skylight. When I called Quality Homes USA, they told me it was in the contract. They told me the sales rep would give me a call since he was the one that made the proposal, but never called me back. Services: Gutter installation, Skylight installation, Roof installation

Do not bother calling this company if you're Black, they will draw up paperwork affecting your credit, just to ghost you and say the project was too "difficult" months later. Absolute waste of time and resources and now my credit.

We contacted Quality Homes for a roof and gutter replacement. Kevin, the inspector, was thorough, patient, and informative throughout our initial consultation. They had a team of people replacing our roof in one day. Joey, the project manager, was present throughout the day to answer questions and concerns we had. Two days later, they sent another team to replace the gutters. Took a star away because the gutter team had cut off our internet line without letting us know; we didn't realize until they had left. Additionally, we collected about 20 nails around our home and on our driveway. Overall, while the company provided professional and timely service, we recommend checking that they cleaned up entirely. Services: Roof installation, Gutter installation, Roof inspection

So Sat June 18th, 2021 My gf and I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin (inspector) of QH USA,who was a wonderful person. He had explained the products and services that were needed with such great professionalism and knowledge. He explained how parts of our roof needed repairs due to a leak and increase heat build up in my attic. Its unfortunate that they're roofers in this business that do not use quality service or parts. He made us feel very confident in explaining the "3 part system, 7 layers" that will be applied to our roof and his company will assure us 50 years warranty on labor and parts!! That is fantastic. !! I will start within this week and def follow up with a post review after the job is done. But if any y'all interested in their services definitely ask for Kevin the inspector, he will guide and educate you of their services. It was a pleasure to meet him.
