I work in hospitality and for me any service or good I purchase I expect the same great service I would provide to any guests I help.  I needed to find some warehouse/storage space and reaching out to One Stop Properties I found top notch service from the secretary all the way to the agents and Alan the owner.They showed patience and showed a variety of properties that all fit my needs and wanted to ensure I found the best space possible.  They took care of me from the first phone call all the way to following up and making sure I was happy with my rental property.  I highly recommend.

The team at One Stop Properties were amazing and really easy to work with. The owner, Alan was very professional in getting me the office space I needed, making this an overall great experience from start to finish. Amazing customer service, highly recommended, will definitely work with them again in the future. Thank you.

The worst possible realtor shop I have yet to deal with. In my quest to get office space I had to deal with the air headed, unorganized joke of a secretary who repeated at least a 100 questions over and over and yet did not manage to get me a call back from her agents. Now when the gem of an agent does call me the next day for an appointment that I had already cancelled he proceeded to tell me go "f*&* myself when I told that the secretary is horrible. Wow, talk about a reaction from a person in the service industry! Don't bother with these guys. I hope the owner Alan Dern is reading this. Yes it is exactly the shit show that I have described here.

Customer service is very lacking. He needs you to be perfect for him or is not going to put forth effort to close the deal. Not a great agent, there are many better ones out there.
