        Lord and Taylor, Garden City January 2020. I ordered 2 identical dresses in different sizes on line, for a wedding. I was sent be a 4 and a 16 instead of a 4 and a 6 like I ordered. I brought in the box and all the shipping paperwork along with my original order and emails and receipt to the Garden City store. Not only would the store personel not help me with the return but they didnt want to help at all. I was made to feel like I was trying to scam them and all they would say was " you need to leave". TERRIBLE SERVICE all because of a mistake on their end. GOD BLESS the Walt Whitman store for assisting and solving my problem. I will never go to the Garden city store again
