I ordered a charging cord from this company on Amazon. Got my cord and my laptop would still no charge, so naturally, I thought it may be the battery needing replacement. I called this company and was inquiring as to what the problem could be. Well, instead of trying to make a sale, the gentleman I spoke to suggesting letting my battery die completely and then try charging the laptop. Well, guess what? That worked! If I didn't live in Florida, I would deal with them all the time. Thank you Laptops for Less for your integrity!
