5 out 5 stars for this company. They recently replaced the roof and gutters at John J. Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. (South Park location) that Tony Basile and I own. Being in a service business ourselves I can't say enough on how we were treated. Sahlem's was reasonably priced, extremely efficient, accommodating to our schedule and very neat. We would definitely recommend them and will most definitely use them in the future for our other location in Hamburg. 5 out of 5 experience. Every member of each crew from Sahlems was professional, courteous, and experienced. They all treated me with respect, and were thorough with explaining each step of the process. Everything felt transparent, and we felt confident in the work they were doing. On top of all of that - they were reasonably priced, and the work they completed was as close to perfect as can be. Happy to have used them, and will recommend them whenever possible.

My home in West Seneca had second story gutters collapse due to the snowstorm. The storm also did roofing damage. We called Sahlem's Roofing + Siding because of their strong reputation in WNY. They delivered a quote immediately, and surprisingly began work in a week. They're a very professional crew and organization. I was very pleased I called them to remedy what ended up being a short term catastrophe.

5 out of 5 stars, very professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Have used them on two occasions now for repairs and both times returned my calls same day and had a crew over within another day or two. Almost unheard of in today's world to even get a call back within weeks, let alone get the actual work done. One of the best contracting services of any type I have used in the Southtowns area.

I was extremely satisfied with the professional advice I received from Bill. I knew my roof was in good condition. I did however need the rain water to drain to the gutter. An explanation, an estimate and the crew came on a 90 degree day, job complete. I would definitely recommend Sahlens Roofing . Timely, professional, courteous and well established company in the area.
