Kim is an absotoot peach when you walk thru the door ,she greets you with kindness and humor! Dr Hernandez and Ashley took care of My husband and they work great as a team. The staff make you feel like you're Not at the dental office. Good exprience every time we're there

Wish I could give 0 stars! They will cancel appointments even after you take off for them. No other options-just a cancellation. Very unprofessional and they do not accommodate whatsoever. Have no concern for patients

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. I will admit I am not a great patient, bad follow up, etc. But I have had extensive work done with bridges, implants, etc. After not having been there for 3 years, I had a terrible toothache and called there to see if they were able to handle an emergency. I was promptly told I might be able to see a dentist next week, or I could drive to Holland tomorrow am (I live downtown Buffalo). So I made an appointment for 10am in Holland. As the day progressed it got worse and worse, so I called a different provider and they saw me within 20 minutes and I walked out with a plan. I was there until 7pm, so I called around 9am this am to cancel the Holland appt. and the girl asked me why I didn't call yesterday and told me they were going to send me a bill for $100 since I didn't cancel the day before. It will be a cold day in hell before I EVER pay that bill...or go back.

Ive been a patient here all my life and within the last 2 months theyve canceled my appointments last minute twice. Im a college student only home for part of the year, and im taking off work to go to the dentist; but their canceling my appointments! Will be leaving after my next appointment if its not canceled!

I went for a yearly scaling and I was told that I need a advance scaling that requires authorization and can not be done on the same day even though the appointment was for scaling .
Later I got a bill for no show of 100 dollar and couldnt reach the billing department . I have paid 100 dollar then I got a another 2 dollar bill for the late payment.
These guys are scam . Be sure what you are dealing with .
