        We've been using Beth for years. She takes perfect photos for the Clarkstown Hockey Team. She is always friendly and accommodating. She made the posters for senior night and it was straight out of Hollywood! The highest of recommendation for a great business owner and a great person.

        Beth has been photographing my children for almost 17 years, since my first child was born. She is the best! I have the most incredible pictures documenting my 3 children from birth though all of their milestones. Beth takes holiday pictures and creates our card and every year we get told that our card is by far the best, all thanks to Beth! Beth has such a calm and easy demeanor and has gotten my children from colicky infant to cranky teen to smile and take beautiful pictures. Your expectations will be far exceeded and you will have photos to cherish for a lifetime.

        The woman is an amazing photographer, loved her pictures, but her customer service people ruin anything she works for. Never return phone calls, stuff gets missing or not send. As much as I like her, it is hard to deal with the aftermath.

        Beth is an amazing photographer. She is a true artist. I have always loved seeing her creativity and vision come to life. Her attention to detail is second to none. Beth has a great way of making everyone feel comfortable while taking photos. She knows the best techniques to make people look their best and relaxed. There is no one else I would recommend to take photos of kids - she is wonderful with them! I'm so glad that Beth has been there to photograph some of the biggest moments of my life: from my engagement, my maternity shoot, and now she takes adorable photos of my son! If you want a photography session with a skillful artist who will put you at ease with her warm and fun personality, then you will have to book Beth Capuano Photography!

      Hi Cat, I'm sorry to hear that you have had this experience. We certainly want to provide the best customer service possible. There is a record of a phone conversation from Monday and as a result we did begin looking into resolving your issue. The other messages you left were recorded late afternoon on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving day. I am sorry that no one was here to take your calls, but the studio was closed for Thanksgiving break. I attempted to return your calls, but your voicemail is full.
