Stephen is the definition of an excellent inspector who takes pride in what he does. During the pre purchase process he made sure to address what needed replacement, maintenance, and what to look out for in the future. My husband and I are first time home buyers Stephen did our home inspection. I was nervous at the beginning because you hear so many stories. But I gotta say Stephen was the best !! Answer all of our questions took his time to explain things to us and even gave us tips to fix certain things. I would recommend Stephen with no hesitation !! Stephen was very helpful during our pre-purchase inspection. He was there before we arrived at the home and immediately went to work once we arrived. He was very thorough with the inspection, using up to date tech that we've never even seen before. He gave us ample time to ask questions and the inspection report was extremely thorough and detailed. I would recommend him to everybody planning on buying a house!
