He was extremely punctual in both his follow up calls and his arrival. When he arrived he brought multiple types of cylinders so I had a choice on the lock I was replacing. He finished the entire job in only a few minutes but spent some extra time to make sure that my mailbox door closed properly, even if he wasn't responsible for the issue in the first place. My front door lock needed to replaced but was reluctant to accept a new lock. He persevered, coming back three times to get it absolutely perfect. He worked efficiently, even with a very old cranky door, and stood by his work until it was just right. Thank you!!
