Update for March, 2023: During my most recent visit, the staff and service at the Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership were, as always, commendable and praiseworthy. The service advisor, Greg S., was very helpful and friendly. I came in without an appointment, because my car had a flat tire. Greg S. graciously accepted my request for service and the technician did excellent work. In addition, the service records on my car indicated my car needed the required yearly NYS inspection by the end of the month. It was also time for my car to have its routine maintenance of oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point checkup. The service advisor, Greg S. kindly fitted these services for my car into the service department's busy schedule. Very soon my car was ready and in perfect condition, all safe and sound. I have been a loyal and happy customer of Arnold Chevrolet Buick for 23 years. I have purchased/leased 5 cars with the expert help and caring advice of sales manager Bill Tuchler. For all these years I have only, and will only, use the Arnold Chevrolet Buick Service Department for service on my cars. I trust and have great confidence in service manager Mark Cohen and his technicians' skillful and dependable work. Arnold Chevrolet Buick is the very BEST car dealership with the nicest people who treat their customers with respect, kindness, and caring. Arnold Chevrolet Buick is excellent in every way. I just leased a beautiful 2018 Chevrolet Malibu with the expert, caring help of Bill Tuchler. This is the fourth car that I have bought/leased through Arnold Chevrolet Buick and Bill Tuchler, starting in model year 2000. I will only ever buy or lease a car from Arnold Chevrolet Buick and Bill Tuchler. I highly recommend them. I always feel totally secure that Bill Tuchler is doing all he can to sell or lease me a car that is best for my needs and wishes and at the very best price. For my new 2018 car, Bill has done extra, extra work to enable me to save money through a surprise GM offer. Bill Tuchler has made getting a new car an easy, relaxed, comfortable experience for me. My mind is at peace knowing that I have the best car for me at the very best price available. I also want to thank salesman Joe Ward for always showing and teaching me how to use and enjoy the car's new technology features. He is patient, friendly, and a very good teacher. Mark Cohen and Jay in the Service and Parts department, helped me very much with accessories. Update: April 2021: I just leased a new 2021 Chevrolet Malibu from Arnold Chevrolet Buick. This is the fifth car I have bought/leased from Arnold Chevrolet Buick. I have total confidence in this excellent dealership. Bill Tuchler always finds the perfect car for me and makes the buying process easy and successful for me. Joseph Ward explains and demonstrates all the new features of the car so that I am very comfortable and assured in it. I love my new 2021 Chevrolet Malibu. It is the perfect car for me.

Excellent except for the full on attempt to sell me unnecessary warranties that I would be paying interest on. Because the salesman had been honest/trustworthy I mistakenly trusted the Sales Manager who sold me additional warranties. He did not explain what was already covered & presented like a snake oil salesman. I was hesitant when signing but did so out of trust which was a huge mistake on my behalf. I had them cancelled the next day. However it was a humiliating experience for me. I am a salesperson and never begrudge anyone from making a living. But I have always properly educate my clients and advise if something is an added unnecessary expense. I think its shameful that car dealerships & sales people still operate in such unscrupulous ways. I will still recommend the dealership, however I will advise that the GM additional warranties are still indeed the extended ones that are a blatant sales scam. I find it disheartening that what should be an exciting experience is turned into an unpleasant one. Especially at the age of 53 and finally buying a brand new vehicle.
