After the fourth failed attempt to get this company to come to my business and clean my ducts, I just gave up. They not only do not show but they continually make appointments and as I clear my schedule to be there at my business for them to do their job, once again not a call not a text nothing. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life and if I would tell you all to run far away from this company as fast as you can get there. Start running!!!!! Zero stars.

West Babylon Air Duct & Vent Cleaning communicated the entire process before during and after cleaning the air ducts. They included photos and tips/tricks for moving forward to save money and prolong the time in between services! I am a new home owner and they helped me feel at ease with the service. I will definitely be recommending West Babylon Air Duct & Vent Cleaning to my friends and family.

I highly recommend West Babylon Air Duct & Vent Cleaning company! After my initial call, their team came out the very next day and cleaned our air ducts and adding dampers to help the airflow in our home. They were very friendly, professional, and punctual! They set up to make sure all of our belongings would not get dirty and cleaned and vacuumed any debris after they were done.

Great first time encounter! The technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable concerning duct cleaning in general. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to clean up the air quality in their home.

Highly recommended. Service was excellent. Professional and courteous. Wore protective gear throughout to avoid floor scuffs, explained the process and what was to be done. Estimated price over the phone was actually more then what was the final price. Had them to the dryer vent while they were and gave on site discount.
