Just One More

I just called asking to speak with a manager to inquire about potential employment at this establishment. Upon requesting a manager I was given very bold disrespect from the bartender and then hung up on. I called back to ask for her name (Kim) and then informed her that due to her truly ignorant manner I will look elsewhere. I can only imagine if she’s anything like this with her customers… she likely did not want me speaking with a manager for fear of her position being threatened. Let her go, she’s awful.

Hubby and I stopped for dinner since we’d never been there before. Appetizers were your average frozen things you could get at tops but they were edible. The philly cheese steak was okay, but the prime rib sandwich was honestly one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tasted. It’s not really a sandwich, it’s more like a terrible cut of steak on a plain piece of white bread with instant potatoes and canned gravy. The steak was 75% fat and grizzle (photo) and the “lean” parts were chewy and way over cooked. The waitress was very sweet, but she was alone and very overwhelmed. Overall, it was terrible and we will not be going back.
