        Found out via email not a phone call that they can't clean gutters because it's not above freezing. They need 2 days of above freezing to clean gutters, in the middle of December?? They will never get cleaned if that is the criteria. When I called to question it, I was told "We won't be able to do your service at all." Meanwhile it's only sticks and leaves. Guess my business doesnt mean much. I'll easily take it elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. No, I was not offered to reschedule..i was told "we won't be able to do your service". Gutters needed cleaning immediately, not in a few weeks. I found someone else to get the job done when I NEEDED IT, not when it was convenient for you.

        They communicate well. They let you know when they're coming and if they have to reschedule due to weather they let you know. They also gave a 15 minute heads up when they're on their way. They bag the debris as they go and don't leave any mess. They are friendly, polite and informative.

        Prompt and professional with a reasonable price for the work they did. I've had them over at least 3-4 times in the last few years to clean gutters and remove moss from my roof.
