Keith designed a perfect patio for us. He was very particular about both the ground preparation and the block layout. He provided excellent advice and options regarding grading, block choices, accent blocks, and stair safety. He was dead on relative to block type availability (he reserved the block over the winter for the job), duration of the job, and even removed and replaced blocks that did not meet his standards. His response to an email or phone call was very quick, and he took the time to explain the process that was to take place daily. He was cheerful and professional at all times. We would have never thought to do what he designed for us. His crew was polite and very conscientious.
