After calling many different firms (some of which were really rude, & some having no knowledge in collections law while advertising that they did) i finally came across this firm. I spoke with Kris Graham who was very nice and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this firm.

Someone used my name to open an apartment 10 years and when Kris called after a month of trying to get paperwork that I was served and ignoring me. He tells me theres nothing he can do for me because he said the company that is garnishing my wages because of fraud tried to send me a certified letter once in 10 years. I had no clue they even tried to contact me and even tho it said it was returned to sender (kris that means I didnt receive it) I wasted a month waiting for Kris to get back to me just to tell me hes not even going to try to help me. Contacted another more expensive lawyer and this lawyer is going to get this resolved in a week.I waited a month for Kris and now my wages are being garnished. Seems like if its not an easy case he doesnt want to work..This is actually an easy case because I never signed anything 10 years ago for an apartment so he should have been able to get this resolved on that alone. Ive lived in the same place for 38 years and never had any other apartment. I wasnt hard person so find. Because Kris took so long to actually help me..Im a month behind trying to resolve this..I have a disabled son so my wife cant work and taking 10% of my pay for fraud can potentially put my family out on the streets

What a great lawyer he called me back right away, answered my questions for free and sent me in the right direction to achieve what I needed. I wish all lawyers were like this. This attorney deserves more than 5 stars.

Ive had this horrible debt hanging over my head from a predatory auto loan for years. Apparently, I had been sued, but didnt know, and the lender had a judgement against me. The judgment was vacated and now I can look ahead to a debt free future. The staff and the attorney I had (Frank Borgese) were wonderful.
