The Rochester area is rich in history, culture, tradition, and reinvention. Every year, properties throughout our region are repurposed into breweries, offices, and luxury apartments. Each building transformation gives the property new life, while celebrating its past and giving it a modern function.The Lofts of Webster is no exception - our building is a piece of history within the Village of Webster. Originally constructed as a cold storage facility, it was then leased out to Xerox for 30 years. In 2002, it was acquired by 206 North Avenue LLC, and by 2006, the property was partially converted into self storage units. Today, the remaining space has been converted into 20 luxury lofts.

I have lived at the Lofts of Webster, NY for about 7 months and I am in love with the space!! Being an artist having the open floor plan has enabled me to set up my photography/filmography studio with ease! The lighting is to die for
I was also able to plant a very productive garden!!! Bonus!!
Dimitri has been amazing and works tirelessly to maintain very clean and welcoming environment!

I moved into the Lofts March of 2021! I love the industrial decor!! The little touches of modern lighting and beautiful artful doors give a NYC feel! The kitchen is a dream! With attention to detail and convenience!! The loft also backs up to hiking trails that make an evening stroll so accessible!!

Dimitri Stefanou is a conscientious and hard-working landlord and has done a great job with the lofts. The bright, modern lofts are conveniently located in walking distance to the Village of Webster (Village Bakery, Jojo, Barrys and more), Hojak trail, North Ponds Park, and only a few miles from Lake Ontario. I would like to see outdoor seating/grilling and bike rack added to the nice garden. Winter wise - Dimitri is very timely with snow plowing.
