sales people helpful and pleasant however, workmanship on home awful. inside trim falling off, windows unable to lock, crinkles in walls. outside siding not meeting siding has so many ups and downs looks like a roller coaster, told i am on the list for repairs never returns calls, i am supper sick over this

We worked with CJ he rarely communicated when he did it was very fast paced talking we went to inquire prices and he said he could help us we told him we were just interested in the mobile home we had family who was letting us use the land paperwork showed we would put down land as collateral when its not ours we wanted a ball park amount we could have came up with what was needed instead of being rushed and felt almost misled and scammed into a deal that could have worked out if they were HONEST and clear at communicating I was told I didnt need to sign anything for a refund when clearly it states so in the forms I was also asked to forge a signature like it was nothing when it is clearly a federal offense all of this I have evidence of if ever asked to provide proof I will be waiting for my refund
