Been since may 27th with no teeth . Got a blood infection from the impression because the dentist cut my gums with the mould and wound up in the hospital on iv antibiotics . Just came to get my dentures finally and was lied to . Said they tested to call and tell me that my dentures weren't here yet but I have no missed calls from them . Not a happy camper

I will never go back to this dentist office ever again . The Waverly dental office is an awful experience I have ever had. The doctor is a smoker I have caught him sitting in his car smoking cigarettes and then he works on patients mouth with no gloves. He needs to be reported.

Cancels appointments on you..makes new ones and don't tell you. Puts you on a list so you can't go back. Called to have a conversation about that fact that they never answer the phone and they do this...just for them to finally answer the phone and the receptionist to say to me "whatever" and hang up. Called back talked to supervisor and the receptionist Cindy lied said I was screaming at her and cursing. I will be pulling my whole family out of this horrible unethical place.

I’ve been here a few times and have to sit and wait so they told me to make a morning appointment and I still have to wait almost a hour to get in at 9am they always are so rough and they have left cement on my teeth more then once I would rather let my teeth rot out before coming here I have changed dentist now
