        When coming to the building, the entrance is on the side and up the ramp. We live two hours away, but I wanted to try on jackets before I bought one. Glad I did since I was able to find both the kind and size that fit best. Employees were willing to help me find the right equipment for my needs and didn't try to sell me the most expensive. The jacket I chose was ventilated and comfortable.

        Sadly, they sent a package of Mite Away strips that expired within 2 weeks of shipment....when I called to ask for help, they gave no apologies and said there was "absolutely nothing they could do" because the invoice was more than 30 days old. To our other small family farmers and beekeepers PLEASE PLEASE ask them to check the expiry date BEFORE they ship treatments of any kind to you - so disheartened by this experience - so costly for a hobby beekeeper

        Love Dadant!! The saleswoman was amazingly helpful and kind. Any item in their catalog although not on display, was retrieved by the lovely salesperson. I also have a subscription to their beekeeping magazine American Beekeepers and it is very informative. Love Dadant, they are amazing!!!
