        The lady at the counter was very friendly in helping me to find a wedding ring that would line up nicely with my engagement ring. The quality of it was exquisite. They lose a star because they told me I would have my rings back (my engagement ring and wedding ring were being bonded) in 2 weeks. In reality, it took a month. Rather than lie about a timeline to keep our business, we would have preferred honesty. We had no issue waiting a month, however don’t tell us it will be a quicker turnaround then become agitated when we call for updates.
