      image 2 cars ahead of us in the drive through. Took over 20 minutes for a shaken espresso. Absolute atrocity. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

      image The service was very slow. On top of that my order was wrong. Then, when I tried to explain what was wrong with my drink to one of the baristas, she talked down to me telling me I was wrong about what I ordered. I never write negative reviews. But this one is deserved. The purely rude behavior was uncalled for. The lady seemed as though she was in a leadership role like a manager or supervisor too. Very disappointing.
