Shopping at the Ethan Allen store in Watermill was a very pleasant experience. The help we received by Joe Rivera was amazing. He always took his time with us and always had great insight to decorating and coordinating furniture. Joe quickly got to know our sense of style and was able to make suggestions that would work well in our home. Joe helped us completely furnish our entire living room and our entire dining room. We are so happy with all the furniture we purchased. That being said we were even happier with the service we received by Joe. Thank you and when we are ready to redecorate the next room its off to Watermill we go to find Joe.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Ethan Allen. What really made the experience 5 star was the help of design consultant Joe Rivera. He took the time to show me around the store and then help me figure out where everything should go. He had so many great ideas and was very knowledgeable about the products. Even after purchasing everything he was always in contact regarding the delivery of all the furniture. I am very happy with the look and quality of all the furniture and everything fits perfectly.

Joe at the Watermill store couldn't have done better. He answered every email within an hour and to the point. In the store he knew exactly what he was talking about and offered many good suggestions. I highly recommend working with him.
