First worked with David Katz when he was Land of Elite, before it became part of Neave Group.
The first project was installing a waterproof patio-cover under a first floor deck. Good work, which led to lots of time spent outside in rain and snow, enjoying the outside with excellent shelter.
The second project, a couple years later, was excavating and waterproofing the foundation to our home -- really big project that was done extremely well.
I had been wondering if my expectations of contractors are unrealistic, when they have unclear payment terms, unclear timelines, unresponsive communication, etc...
Then David and Neave Group came along and did everything right from start to finish - restoring my faith and convincing me the expectations are reasonable, or at least can be met by true professionals.
It's been an absolute pleasure!

We have put in 6 pools in our lifetime - infinity edge, overflow, whatever. We have never had a more responsible, organized and professional team. These people are spot on.

We engaged David Katz at Neave to completely rethink our backyard and engineer substantial changes, including the installation of a new patio and a swim spa. David patiently considered all of the ways we might use the space and conceptualized a plan that was ideal for our family. He was meticulous in considering every aspect of the project, rigorous in execution, and constantly responsive to our need for counsel in real time. He is a great listener, a skilled designer, an experienced project overseer, and truly dedicated to making sure the job is done to complete satisfaction. When, mid-project, we discovered that water was reaching our basement, David pivoted, making use of the crew on hand to fix that problem, too. We count ourselves fortunate to have had him on the job. And the crews Neave dispatched to do the work were wonderful -- professional, considerate, diligent and hard-working.
