Chatalbash Lessons

I have been taking lessons with Sara for about 7 months now and it’s been AWESOME! I’m an adult learner, playing the piano has always been my passion. It’s really great to have teacher as Sara. She is very patient, kind most of all very encouraging.

yooo i’m a student here and it’s really really great!!! :) sara challenges us and also allows us to pick ANY song we would like to play at either the summer potluck, or the winter concert (you can play at both!!!) ive been going here for 4 years now and i’ve improved so much!! i didn’t ben know how to play a piano before i came here!!! it’s really sweet here and you should try it out :) also, i’d honestly prefer the lab style (with multiple students) over 1-1 because it allows you to interact with other students of sara’s and get to know them! :D it’s really cool here so i’d recommend it completely

I have been taking Chatalbash piano lessons for about a year, and I have had a great experience. Sara is a wonderful teacher and she is very easy to communicate with. She is also very patient and jolly. She doesn’t mind if you take two days to learn a song, or two weeks to learn a song. As long as the piece is played perfectly, everything is fine. More than anything, I love the piano recitals so much! They are well organized and very fun! I highly recommend Chatalbash lessons to anyone of any experience!

Very patient and fun to work with! Sara has guided me through four years of NYSSMA and made piano lessons the most fun part of the week. The interactive lesson format allows for communication and collaboration.
