Stayed there in Oct 2023 Guy at the front desk did all he could to please us. We were not happy there. lock on the door was broken the door didnt close tight. People walking around all night. We did not feel safe. At 2 AM we packed to leave would rather sleep in the car. Guy at the dest put us around back in like a manager apartment. It was clean and confortable. good locks, secure doors. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE. The 5 star ratings are a total lie.. Sorry for the honest review . Guy at the desk was great.

The staff here is incredible. We stayed here while going to a concert at Jones Beach and we had an amazing time. Amazing service with amazing rooms and I cannot say enough good things about the people that work here. Thanks for a great weekend getaway! Rooms: Room was clean and had more amenities than we needed. Nearby activities: Jones Beach Safety: Our room had double locks Food & drinks: We enjoyed a dinner at the Italian restaurant that was connected. Very good! Noteworthy details: Great staff!

Hats off to Manning and Ellie at the Jones Beach Hotel in Wantagh, NY. Great experience and so much has to do with the customer service we got from the start. As so many reviews say, it's a hidden gem off the beaten path in a quaint neighborhood. It was very clean, cozy and costs less than your chain hotels. Love the pay phone in the hallway. It's a time machine as you step inside. We had no time to enjoy the attached restaurant but it was highly recommended. Thank you, again, Manning and Ellie.
