I came in full of anxiety and her calm & sweet nature put my uneasiness to rest almost immediately. Dr. Arenas staff is just as pleasant and professional as her. I will always recommend Dr. Arena!!! I cant express how wonderful this dental office is. Dr. Milana and Dr. Arena are warm, caring, dedicated professionals who have treated my many dental issues with skill and compassion. The staff is warm and friendly. The office is immaculate and equipped with all the new technology. I have never felt more welcome and comfortable in any dentists office before. I am grateful beyond words to have been referred to this office several years ago and have recommended them to both family and friends.

Dr Jane Arena is a skilled dentist and cosmetic dentist as well. She is extremely professional and would recommend her to anyone for excellent dental work!

Dr. Milana is a pleasure to work with, but the office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The cosmetic / necessary dental work I was in the middle of getting, wasn't coming back from the lab up to par and they had to keep sending it back to the lab, and then they penalize you for those costs and when you want to speak with the dentist, they refuse to put her on the phone with you. They also won't issue a refund for the dental crowns you paid a deposit for and never had them put in your mouth. So I paid a $1400 deposit and they won't refund it due to the amount of time they spent preparing the crowns, they won't let me see the final product in my mouth without paying the full balance (I can only view them out of my mouth)... and yet, they won't refund my $1400 due to the lab fees and time spent. The lab had to be switched once already because they didn't make the crowns correctly and I have to be penalized for that? Majority of my mouth is filled with crowns and I've never had an experience where the crowns came back twice and didn't look or fit right and had to be redone over and over. I still have the temps in my mouth, and some have fallen out, but I can't even speak with the dentist to discuss my case and they won't refund my money so I can go elsewhere. If I was provided a breakdown for the lab fees, I would pay them for the time spent, but I wasn't even provided that. Not to mention that my mouth needs more than just slapping crowns on my teeth. I've had a second opinion, and it would be a waste of time and money to just crown my front teeth, which is what this office was trying to do. I've had dental issues my whole life and I've waited over 20 years to do my front teeth and it took me a lot to finally go for it and this experience has been a nightmare with them falling off and having to walk around with stubs. I had a medical emergency which prevented me from going back for a few months and when I called to see how the final product came out (probably not up to par)... I was told I needed to pay the full balance before feeling it out and seeing how it looks in my mouth. I wasn't asking to go home with them, I just wanted to see how they came out and how they fit. Very nasty and unprofessional staff.

I do not write this review lightly. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the recent experience I had with this office. I recently had an appointment scheduled. I was unable to make it due to a medical emergency in the family. I tried to reach out to the Dr. Arenas office to rectify the issue, but they were unresponsive and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I was able to make it that day; however the office assistant told me it would affect their schedule and to not bother coming in. I explained what happened and apologized for the issue. I even made a follow up appointment. I was told that I would be charged a no show fee, regardless of the fact of everything I told them about my personal issues. Bonus points for Dr Arena not even being willing to speak to me on the phone, instead trying to send me a text message to tell me Im going to be charged and they are indifferent to my issue. I take great care in who I choose to take care of my dental health, who I can trust to provide fair and transparent pricing, and this experience has shattered my confidence in this practice. I feel that my loyalty has been taken for granted, and as a result, I will no longer be using their services. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, and any overcharging or deceptive practices will not be tolerated. I hope that other customers will not have to go through the same experience as I did and that this particular office will take the necessary steps to rectify their practices.
