Top bike shop.
They have a lot of bikes in stock.
Full staff and great management.
And they DO KNOW BIKES, unlike some small shops.
Highly recommend.
Ask for Byron or JohnC.

Ordered wheels March 13, checked to make sure they could deliver in time, nothing shipped by March 24. No Natchaug Epic this year :(
Jenson had the same wheels to me within 96 hours. LBS only stocked fancier wheels that cost 2X as much.
They did hook me up with a nice discount on some pedals though.

I live in mid Westchester and I never have been to the store but this has been one of my go to places for bike parts and accessories. One they carry a ton of stuff but also show vendor stock as well. They constantly have sales and have additional coupons. Shipping to me is always fast and free and their customer service is very good. My only one qualm is that there are no "free returns", in that they don't provide free call tags or labels, granted I have only returned one thing in my many orders and that was because I mistakenly ordered the wrong thing. I highly recommend this place and maybe one day I will finally get to the store.

I always try to shop local but when I can't I shop with Brands! I ordered a stationary trainer from them last year and got a great deal. When I had some manufacturing issues, they went above and beyond to take care of me. A special shoutout to Max and Steven. They've earned my trust and business and I look forward to continue shopping with you all for all of my bike related purchases!
