Giving it ANY stars because the hygienist and dentist were amazing. We were billed an astronomical amount and being out of network, the insurance only pays so much - but never had an out of network dentist charge as much as they did. They knew our insurance prior to and said it would be covered in full except for $10. We also know someone who works with us with the same insurance who has never paid more than $10 for cleanings here! Long story short - got a bill for almost $500 (for cleanings and xrays) AFTER insurance paid. They called me not even 2 weeks after the cleanings on a Thursday to tell me the insurance didn't pay much and wanted payment over the phone right then. I wasn't prepared for that amount and told them I couldn't pay right then and wanted to call insurance to make sure they didn't mess up before I paid (otherwise I'd have to wait weeks to get my money back). I also wanted a statement and I was told "they don't send out statements". The very next day, they sent me to collections!! Never received anything in writing with any amount owed to them! I called them Monday and Pat, the receptionist who I spoke with the prior week, was so rude to me telling me I refused payment and had witnesses (who says that?!?) and then hung up on me! Tuesday, I got a statement in the mail... imagine that! Reported to the BBB as well - couldn't believe they sent me to collections without sending me a statement or even allowing 30 days to pay. Heck - I didn't even get 2 DAYS to pay once I knew the amount! Feel like we were overcharged and then some... and then the disrespect by Pat on top of that?!? Never before and never again! We will definitely be spreading the word!

This was our dentist for a long time and we even continued to use after we moved an hour away. I absolutely loved the hygienist here, you’ll never have a more pleasant woman than her, she treats you like family so this review is by no means a reflection of her service . A few reasons we stopped was because our insurance was no longer in their network so we were getting billed for every little thing that normally would’ve been covered. Every time I turned around there was a new bill of something, even months after a service which struck me odd. Then there was a time my daughter was scheduled to see the dentist on a day that they were supposed to be there. She drove an hour to get there and there was no dentist so it was a huge waste of her time and gas. They offered an apology and rescheduled her again which I canceled. That was the icing on the cake for me. Between the constant bills for service (that I felt some were not even legit) and the drive to get there , it just got to be too much so we found someone in our network that’s only 15 mins away.

Im a freak at the dentist and the staff here is VERY nice and patient and kind. No judgements. Lol! Highly recommend!!!!
