        It is a true blessing to have a competitor that is as passionate and responsible as CTL. Due to the ease of entering this field, along with the lack of licensing Orange County requires, this industry is filled with contractors that offer poor workmanship, lack of customer support, and such large turnover. Orange County needs more companies like CTL.
