Wainscott Walk In Medical Care

This doctor name Kerr was absolutely amazing I have never had such care from a so called walk in doctor he far exceeds any expectations and my primary care physician could take some notes from him treated me like family This is my first interaction and I would gladly travel to see this doctor again as he was knowledgeable as well as on point . Thank you Dr. Kerr I am so blessed to be in your care saved my life

ZERO STARS!!! My sister had an accident and was bleeding. I went to the front desk and was told they would not see her because they had no appointments. What kind of doctors office does that ? I hope they loose their license. Will make a formal complaint to the town. * one of the nurses redirected me to the Bridgehampton Urgent Care. Although I appreciate the gesture. The lady on the front desk show zero sense of urgency, lack of empathy and knowledge. SHAME

Zero zero zero stars for Dr William Kerr! He's not even my actual doctor, but I can tell he's not a very good doctor. Never been to an appt with him, but Kerr called me with someone else's info. He's horrible and someone needs to report him. I was a patient of Dr Koke and used Dr Schwartz temporarily, Dr Schwartz took the week off and the office called me. Dr Kerr contacted me after hours and harassed me like a bully. He was referencing another patient and got his info from the non-English speaking office receptionist. Who refused to tell her name and instantly tried to hang up when I asked whom I was speaking to-- I never heard from he before thiis day. She was horrible, noncoherent, and rude I was shocked and surprised to be getting a call from a person who wasn't even the doctor I saw last week. He was loud and aggressive. I've never met him, but sure he's a mean-spirited older sexist man, who uses the word "honey" & demeaning phrases. I feel sorry for his patients. I have faith in Dr Schwartz and his professionalism. I would NEVER go tot see Dr Kerr or hs girlfriend office manager, if my life depended it... there are so many other SH Meeting House Lane practices.. LOOK him (Dr Kerr)up other state licensing website-- horrible!! Avoid this place like the plague!
