Sales team was not pushing us to buy just anything. First questions were all about what we were using for a tow vehicle and they only showed us what my truck could handle safely without issue. The sale went smoothly and quickly. Techs gave us an extensive walk through, showed us how everything worked and answered all my questions. Our first trip out with our brand new Jayco we realized water heater wasn’t working. Called W.E.S. and they got one of their techs on the phone with me. He told me what to look for, turns out it was a faulty part, and how to get the water heater working. I recommend them very highly.

I will never buy a camper from this company! We had an agreement with Chris the owners son and twice he reneged on the agreement. We were told to sell our camper and come back within 30 days and they would keep the price. We sold our Camper within that time frame and went back and now he backed out of the deal. He had our phone number all he had to do was call us. We understand that product is hard to get these days but you do not make an agreement to take a deposit and then tell a customer that your price is going to be different when it comes in and not know what that price is going to be! Especially after an agreement was made and now we have no camper!!!!! Chris in sales could care less and said sorry but Chris the owners son should not have made the deal because he doesn't have anything to do with sales. Both Chris in sales and Chris in-service ( owners son ) We're in on the discussion when we made the agreement with them. Their word means nothing! .Definitely not an honest company beware!!!!!
