Worked hard to satisfy our requests. Found the perfect TT for us. Gave us top dollar for our 14 year old trailer. Minor issues with service dept setting up our trailer. They need better supervision.

I purchased a 2014 travel trailer from Ballentyne the sales experience was great. That is all I can say positive. There were many issues with the camper from the first camping trip it was in their service department almost the whole summer and the winter to make repairs and to this day the repairs promised last summer are still not taken care of. I hate to do this however I feel my next step is going to have to be to file a small claims suit to get reimbursed for the money I am going to have to spend to get it repaired by a more competent place. I would have liked to "enjoy" by new camper rather than have issues after issues and the staff just blowing it off.

Bought a used Keystone Hideout at a great price. Service after the sale has been ok, and when I did have a problem the owner jumper right in to get it fixed.

I purchased a new Salem 27RKSS at their Dome Show 2yrs ago had numerous Issues with it and it was never properly prepped for delivery. Fortunately the issues were under warranty. At that time the Victor store had a very good service department, Nick and Jason in particular, however now they have a very rude and unhelpful woman in that department. I call last Saturday to ask a question regarding mounting my TV and she was extremely nasty and rude and unhelpful. I called again today to ask about a problem I am having with my propane tank, and was told someone call me back within 5 min 2 hrs later and still no call. If this woman doesn't like her job maybe she should find a new line of work. Update*** After calling back 2 more times I talked to Jim who was very helpful, Then later in the day I received a call from Steve who explained in more detail what could be causing my Propane issue. Both Jim and Steve were helpful, The angry woman in service, not so much. It would appear that the Owner/Management couldn't care less that they have received such bad reviews because they have responded to only 1 of the 17 bad reviews, that says to me, go elsewhere if you don't like our shoddy service, which is what I intend to do when I purchase a new RV. Checkout Wilkins RV they responded to all the reviews which were mostly positive 4.7 from 41 reviews in contrast to 1.8 from 20
