One employee stated he could not submit a medical device claim on my behalf. I gathered all information and tried to submit myself.
Medicare said the establishment didn't carry Medicare.
I went to the store, only to be informed they do accept it, and the original employee should have sent it.
Also, their receipts don't have all the information needed for recertification.
